				1. Print and fill out the registration form. (click here) - PDF file* 2. Prepare WWII or Korean War service photograph.     * Please do not send us the original of your photograph. Please take your        photograph to a Kinkos or Wal-Mart and make a duplicate photograph.        3.  Send the registration form and service photograph to:             Latino Advocates for Education, Inc.       P.O.
